Tuscan White Bean & Kale Soup
Ingredients

•1 yellow onion(diced)

•1 cup diced celery

•1 cup diced carrot

•3 cloves garlic(minced)

•2 medium zucchinis (cubed)

•2 tbsp tomato paste

•1- 15oz can fire roasted tomatoes

•1 tbsp basil

•1 tbsp oregano

•1 tbsp thyme

•1 tsp red pepper flakes

•1/2 tsp pepper

•4 cups oil free vegetable broth

•1- 15 oz can white beans ( I used cannellini beans)

•3 cups kale
