Many thanks to both Dr James Duane for this concise account and also to the oldest person in the world for interviewing him.

This preacher laughed like he’s at a comedy show. People lives had been wronged by the law and falsely accused each and every day.

6:18 how in the world a Judge literally agree with placing a guy in prison for a thing that is totally clear none sense. I can believe is ilegal.. but if im a judge I would absolutely not put this guy in prison for such a thing... he haven’t done nothing wrong at all.. theres true criminals out the working in office and wearing suit. USA Police system is so mess that in a Year only in the USA police Commit more serious crime than the entire world population.
If we dont protest we almost giving the right to put anyone including your kids, siblings, urself and more... in Jail for doing nothing wrong.

Hello Dr Duane what you have done for me is to bring into sharp focus vague ideas I have had about the police and I thank you for that. I am now 84 and I live in the UK. I am thinking about buying your book and wondered if it broadly applied to the UK police also. If it does not, could you please write such a book?
Thanks again.

Duane: We have too many laws. Too many regulations. Too many lawyers.
Interviewer: What do you do?
Duane: I teach law to as many students as I can.

Over criminalization is a human trait not a political one.

Every person who has ever existed had no rights. The fact remains that none of us were consulted as to whether or not we wanted to be placed on this earth in the first place. We were all forced to be here. The only rights that a person can realistically expect are those given to us by those in power.

This guy is comparing apples and oranges.. I bet if a "student" of his stood up in his class and started calling him a pig, cussing him and his mother, spit on him, kicked him, bit him .. the 1st person he'd call is a cop...but he expect our law enforcement officers to put up with that !! This man is ridiculous!

What? Over-criminalization is the most right-wing, conservative thing I can think of. Liberals want everything to be permissable, so it doesn't make sense to blame them for this. At least keep your story straight if you're going to pander to a conservative audience. I enjoyed the video a lot up until that point. Then it made me question the reasoning behaving everything else that was said. This is why the best journalism is objective and impartial.
