This was so insightful. Thank you for sharing your experience Kezia! Quite scary to think of deleting Instagram as it has become quite a big part of our daily lives, but I can definitely relate to the emotional bandwidth being less for my daughter because of it, and thats an even scarier realization. I totally agree! I have taken the last seven months off after the birth of my third kid. I feel so much more present and less mentally split. Thanks for helping put words to the experience.
