sir one doubt!....sir the contradiction used in question, undermines the statement of theorem in the sense that statement mei likha hai ki given configuration of universe and of conductor, but in contradiction we are changing the configuration of charge and of universe. am i missing something sir?

@24:18 sir why is potential due to the inner charges on the outer surface 0 ....if the inner pair are producing 0 field outside that would mean the potential on the inner surface due to the inner charges must be equal to the potential by them everywhere outside ... How can we prove that potential due to them is 0?

In the proof of claim 1, when you are decreasing the size of the hollow conductor from infinite to finite, why did you ignore the presence of a charge density on the outer surface of the conductor, like even if I remove the top layer of charges, a new layer of charges will appear on the outside. And as the conductor becomes finite this charge layer will provide a significant electric field inside the metal.
