How to replace distributor on OBS C1500

My granddad’s ‘90 Sierra has been sitting since ‘16. Put a fuel pump in and got it running. After a few days of driving, I’ve got a crank no start situation. Replaced everything except the distributor. I’ve been dreading it since I’ve never done it. This video makes it seem not so daunting. Thanks man!

I have a 1990 with a 5.7 already changed ignition coil, icm and distributor and rotor do u think my next step should be to change the whole distributor??
