I just told my ex I was letting go. I ended the relationship 9 months ago and out of no where he started calling my mom and texting me. I engaged in conversing with him. He started standing me up, breaking dates at the last minute and not texting or calling back. I decided not to get angry or even address the situation. I simply said, this is not working for me and I’ve decided I’m letting go. I wished him happiness. When you realize you’re not good for each other it’s easy to walk away for you.

I learned that I had to forgive someone who wasn't even sorry .They never admitted to anything or apologized but I learned to be with ok with it and move on. This message was right on time.

I think for a lot of women it is hard for us to decipher when a man is just noticing a woman passing by as opposed to lusting after her.

Men are more visual than women and are gonna look at other women. What matters is if he is respectful or disrespectful with it! A man that cares about his woman will be respectful.

Yes I'm insecure especially if my man is looking at other women. But I think it's their job to make u feel secure and uplift u when ur feeling hurt by it.

I’m currently doing no contact. My ex cheated on me emotionally with his best friend and others. He says he loves me but they are entertainment when bored. The trust is completely gone between us and I want him to feel exactly what it is he wanted out of these women. Show him the grass isn’t always greener. It didn’t even take 24 hours for him to start blowing my phone up. These videos are helping me get through this time and to stay resilient. Thank you 🙏🏾

I totally agree with Mr. Gaskins. A cheater loses all cretidation, and in order to regain trust from the one who was offended, they should make that person their accountability partner. And in the same token maybe it's better to leave and allow that person to heal, rather than live under the microscope of disgrace.
