I’m not sure I understand the cellular connectivity… why pay for that when the iPad mini will automatically connect to your iPhone? 🤔 If you take it places without your phone, I guess I’d get it but that seems unlikely.

Why not buy the wifi mini but then but a cellular puck/hot spot that way youll also be able to use your laptop and other devices as well

I give credit to Apple because Mini 6 sells around $350 on Ebay while retail no less than $400 for a two year old device. I ended up getting Mini 5 for $200

5:56 me is the opposite, I try to maximize apple stock application to use in my iPad mini even though it's not the best but at least it works. Like translate, reminder, note. I use it a lot. Still learn about shortcut, hopefully I can maximize the feature.

It's very overpriced for what you get. I have been looking for a digital sketchpad for years, I started with the Toshiba M200 in the early 2000's. This comes close as the form factor, screen and pen is good. If the mini7 has better specs for storage at a price that's not ridiculous I would be interested.

I have an MacBook m1 for work and I took an iPad 10th gen for work during travel however the iPad OS makes it’s too slow to work on as apps aren’t as good as desktop websites for example : google sheets. Now it’s become an extended device for reading, notes, additional apps cause I like to keep my iPhone clean and simple, not overload of apps, Research and notion as well. However I find it too much to carry around w my laptop as my laptop, I have realised in my work area can’t be replaced w iPad OS. Would you recommend getting a mini by returning the iPad 10th gen. Considering it will help me w productivity, entertainment, books, planning, journaling and portability.Would love to know your views!

If you get the cellular model can you use your phones internet? Without the hotspot. If it doesn’t I’ll rather pickup the WiFi model

Mini 7 needs at least 90hz..I tried a mini 6 and the screen was so bad I returned it the next day.
I was really sad.
It looked like it was running 30 fps. Super laggy. I’m used to my pro so maybe that’s it but damn…$800 for a device and definitely didn’t feel like it…

If Ipad mini 7 came with A16 and 60hz That's mean There's no reason to buy it

Like the video, but the frequent jump between the camera from the side and the one facing towards the tablet are kind of jarring to me. Maybe just switch to the outside one when you really need the extra view
