I stopped playing PB in Jan 2021 because it wasn’t fun anymore. The place I played got so competitive that it started turning ugly and depressing. So, I left. I plan on starting back soon at a totally different location that in the past seemed to get #10…have fun, and enjoy the game!

Played my first game yesterday - it was in a gym with multiple lines on the fall (because several sports played there) that confused me a bit. I was focused on just hitting the ball -not aiming at feet or downward trajectory. Looking forward to improving my game. Thanks for the straightforward tips.

Figure out if you're doing this for recreation or competition, and play with the mentality for that endgame.

Some people will play this sport to be in tournaments and win competitions.
Others will play the sport for casual fun and keep the play going as long as possible, not worrying about points.
You need to figure out which kind of group you're playing in, so that you don't end up being the fish out of water.
