After selling a couple homes in 2020, I'm anticipating a housing crisis in order to buy inexpensively. As a backup plan, What recommendations do you have for the best time to buy? On the one hand, I keep reading and seeing trader earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?

stock market seems a whole lot easier. 9% for last 90 years and no work or leverage risk. I know real estate investing can work but it is a real hassle.

What do you believe is should TaKe to a consideration investing in a fund who invests the money i been investing in Multi real estate? What maintence is going to be in a Multi real estate? What should you TaKe to consideration making a Multi real estate investment? For example if i would TaKe a mortage and the only way of paying Back the mortage is by rental income or lease income What would be affecting the money i would rent or lease the real estate for per month?

Not a good time to buy. Its time to sell, before the bubble bursts. In Australia they are already going down hard and its probably at least a 7 year downslide, maybe more.
