There aren't many multifamily investment opportunities out there that allow for so little down, however I know one that is just as good, but also does great with making it hands free! Thank you for showing everyone one of the best ways to get what you need to give themselves a happy ending!

Thank you for the deep dive analysis. As you mentioned, Cleveland is a great market for beginners wanting to get their feet wet at an affordable price. I'm not sure if Cleveland is a landlord friendly. It would definitely add to its appeal if it was.

Thanks for the detailed research Mariam. The 2nd property needs a lot of work to be rent-ready. But if your horizon is like you said 4 to 7 years, then if any pass our due diligence, then yes. Thanks !

Look, I never made more than around 44.5K gross a year. If I netted another $20K to 30K that would be rich to me.
