I worked IT support in a large hospital for 20 years and since 2000 we ran HP\Compaq mostly the SFF Elite series 2007 - 2017 and then our hospital was acquired by another which made us switch to the Dell Opitplex. Always though highly of Dell but when I started comparing the SFF and minis directly HP always seemed to edge Dell out.
