“Drive one of these and people will dislike you on a cellular level”
“Goes wrong a lot”
“Can never ever park anywhere”
“Sucking in a gallon of fuel every 12 miles!”
Most accurate words ever spoken 😂 and yet it somehow manages to make you addicted

I still like the look of the P38A all these years later - Such an elegant body style with minimal fuss ;)

I love watching Jeremy Clarkson being amazed by ‘cutting-edge SatNav’, or in today’s words, a GPS.

I would say the 1997 was yesterday, I was already an adult. But in this video it looks so "last century". And technically speaking, it is.

The father driving has flashes of sounding exactly like James May.

I bought a 2002 Vogue a couple of years ago for £11, 000; since then I've had a rebuilt gearbox (£3500) new turbocharger (£1700) new front air struts (£2000) and various other bits and bobs. The thing is, you never know what is going to pack up next on these beasts, so better buy cheap and save your money for the inevitable repairs. I'm still under £20, 000 in total outlay but if I'd paid £20, 000 for a newer one and STILL had all these problems I'd have felt like a right chump.

9:46 Do you remember Clarkson being roasted for "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe"? :-D

So funny, this is what you call the early times of GPS. Dude, you made laugh the hell out of myself.

My friend borrowed a current Range Rover (L405) for a weekend. It doesn't fit in some multi-story car parks and he had to steer a course round the low-hanging signs in the one in which it did fit !

Haha I remembered circling a football field three times thanks to Waze. I just want to go have dinner that time.
