To best prepare for the QuickBooks Online certification exam, do the following:
👉set up multiple instances of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant
👉access the QuickBooks Online test drive
👉organize study materials
👉create a document to save and review answers

I share these steps in this video and also write out steps below.

1. **Open Multiple Instances:**

- Open QuickBooks Online Accountant to take the test.
- Log in with your own credentials.
- Open a separate instance with a different Google user to practice navigating the QuickBooks Online Accountant dashboard.
- Access the QuickBooks Online test drive for additional practice.

2. **Access QuickBooks Online Test Drive:**

- Use the test drive to practice answering questions related to QuickBooks Online functions and features.

3. **Prepare Study Materials:**

- Download and save all handouts provided in each session.
- Use a control find function to quickly search for answers during the exam.
- Keep a document open and label it section by section to copy and paste questions and answers from the exam so you can review before submitting
