I'm suicidal because of my periodontal and gingivitis gums and bad teeth, I'm so depressed. Didn't know of all these until I get periodontal and gingivitis gum, I have to search for information myself and know I have to floss my teeth, shouldn't They taught this at schools of how we should take care of our oral hygiene? My parent also never taught us anything, we figure stuffs out ourselves. 😢 it's too late to know now

I love slim toothbrushes. I've recently switched to a rougher toothbrush and the gingivitis has come back. I remember i used to press my slim toothbrush pointing slightly upwards in-between the teeth and it was not only effective but the sensation is strangely satisfying 😂

I just took out 2 tooth’s today at home and I probably have gingivitis. I also tried lots of ways to stop the bleeding but it kept bleeding and bleeding so I put on a towel for the whole day

Every single time I floss around a tooth that has a crown, I bleed.
Avoid flossing isn't the right solution.
I really don't know what to do!

I have a question. Does overbite cause gum inflammation that doesn't respond to treatments? I have been to a few periodontists and they all said my gums are fine and I take care of my oral health well. But I do suffer with sensitive gums and I've just read some articles which said overbites can cause this problem. What do you think?

This is wild. Dentists keep suggesting things that do not work. I was able to cure my gingivitis through diet alien. Brushing, flossing, and dentals did nothing for me. The problem continued to get worse and all the dentist told me was to do the exact same crap I was already doing. I finally found carnivore diet and stop eating poisonous foods and low and behold my teeth immediately stopped bleeding the very next day… It ain’t the brushing and flossing that’s your problem people. Please hear me, it is 100% your diet.

Hi Dr, I was told by my periodontist that I have mild gingivitis. My gums do not bleed when I floss. My gum pockets range from 1 to 3mm in my recent gum check. I was advised to go thru a subgingival scaling and polishing which is very expensive. Is this term the same as deep cleaning? I am not sure how I can have mild gingivitis and still have gum pockets that are 1-3mm. Hope to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you.
