I'm happy to see you are taking in the feedback. Training is in order for everyone. Anyways, I wonder if there is a delay between the pull of the trigger and actual weapon release? It would explain the consistent 300 ft delay. Also the low altitude and near horizontal angle might have something to do with it. I made a simple attack plane training map with the Nevada desert just for practicing things like this. I have a similar problem with the F-86F and it's rockets. It never hits what I am aiming at. My solution: Cage the targeting reticle and disable the targeting radar to make it look more like a WWII plane's reticle. Then I point the bottom (not center) of the cross hairs on target and release. Hits perfectly. I don't know the Mirage, but maybe a trick like that might work.

It looks as if the three Mirage 2000c that drop bombs used the wrong one. They sure have used low drag bombs. So they can come in low and fast drop their low drag bomb and move on before they hit.

I have a sort of realism request.
fact: usaf is looking at new "light attack aircraft" the A-29 and the AT-6. since these are turbo prop planes, I was thinking that GR could use the P-51 as a surrogate for the A-29.

matsimus has an excellent article /video on " future of close air support"

would love to see these (cheaper to keep in the air) turboprop cas missions. might be fun to use/see in the a ARMA3 campaign!
