Star Ship’s first orbital launch is definitely an event I’ll be stopping my day to watch! 🚀🚀

I would not be surprised if SpaceX surprise us with more reusability testing when Starship gets orbital. I wonder how well all the sensors on the chopstick recovery system can work, with the rocket plumes and fumes. Getting a booster accurately into those chopsticks is a huge challenge. I would not be surprised if SpaceX are up to this challenge, and we could end up being even more impressed by the competence of SpaceX.

FINALLY! This moment has been long anticipated, hoping all the data they could ever want is properly acquired in this first test.

4:29 The bottom tank is LOX, the top tank is CH4. You can easily tell that by their relative size: LOX tank has to be bigger due to OF>1.

I can’t believe we’re finally here, we have all waited years for this and it’s finally around the corner 🔥🔥

WB-57s are NASA's RB-57 which are stretch winged recon version of B-57/English Electric Canberra Bombers. A late 40s design still soldiering on 70+ years later. 😊

Wow! The WB-57 is the American version of the English Electric Canberra. This aircraft requirement was issued in 1944 and first flew in 1949! Those airframes must be getting some good use!

As a thoroughly impatient person, I'm SO excited about the launch!!! It's been so long since the stage 2 landing tests... we're finally getting there!

I'm a big fan of this channel. Keep up the great work, WAI!

Its a little off topic, but I was day dreaming and wondered if it be possible to convert a retired starship into a house. I've seen old water towers convert into homes so why not a retired starship? I think it could be very cool. 🚀🏠👍

Still amazed at how seemingly fast SpaceX works. Maybe it's partly the last minute scheduling, e.g. gonna launch next week, versus the old aerospace days when it was planned out farther. This could be a wonderful month. Wish them well.
