One tip I would give is to make the lips about the same size as the eyes :)and maybe move the lips closer to the nose. And one more thing-mess around with mesh and liquify. It'll make your drawing look more symmetrical.

Maybe try harder shades, it can give your work more definition, if you blend it too much it looks messy. Try to look at references! Hope it helps
