Unbelievable! One member, the member who is responsible for Ukrainian aggression (the Russian Federation), is able to circumvent the main purpose of U.N. Security Council by their single vote against the resolution. The U.N. Charter needs to be revised to force a nation named as an aggressor in a resolution to abstain from voting on the said resolution.
