UN Security Council meets to discuss Russia-Ukraine crisis

America's next diplomatic move is talks with transatlantic leaders on Friday about Russia's troop buildup on the Ukraine border.
It is coming after Secretary of State Antony Blinken delivered a warning about Moscow's motives at a UN Security Council meeting.
