I can buy this version of Office for sure, simplicity is all we need, this will match perfectly with the upcoming Windows 11, I hope Microsoft take some of your ideas cuz this is really sick, Great Job

Even though you've used a lot of shadows here, it looks good. I would recommend using lesser shadows next time. And also make more corners rounded.
The concept of side bar is just great. I would want to see that being applied to the apps. I love how your design is dynamic. it changes the the position of elements according to orientation and aspect ratio. I want to see more designers doing it because it makes the interface much more usable. Keep it up 👍

MS is doing some interesting things with design at the moment (though I do wish the would stick with a design for at least long enough that the entire OS can get updated!).
This looks like you've taken the current idea and turned it up to 11!
Like @Shaurya Designs says in their comment, a little too much drop shadow in some parts, but the simplification and clarity, the transitions, all lovely!
