:) :) I would say this is a SOUTH Welsh accent, not just a "Welsh" accent! Understand this is for foreign learners, but all the same, Welsh and Scottish accents vary massively but for some reason don't get the regional nuances explained as much as English.

There's a lot of accents in Cymru, butty. You'll mostly hear different variations of the accent in the video around the South Wales Valleys and nearby towns & villages.

I'm from South Wales and yep, this is exactly right. Here, hear, ear and here are all pronounced 'yur'.

I have lived away from home for a long time and have to make sure to adjust how to pronounce those words to make sure people understand what I mean.
