How to grow Ficus Benjamina from cutting branch very easy

I watched this in late June. I now have 4 small Ficus trees about 15 cm tall and lots of good roots and incresingly new buds and leaves. One difference I did was to remove all but 3/4 leaves when planting as my climate even south facing and by the window is a little cooler, to direct the energy to root forming. Thanks so much these are going to be gifts.
