More teachers should offer small rewards like this even if it's something simple, I had a sub I loved in elementary school she would let you pick out 1 item from her mystery box at the end of the day if you did what was expected, the mystery items were erasers, pencils, stickers and sometimes a small piece of candy you never know what was in the box until she opened it.

This is such a cool thing to teach, really sets them a good foundation for later in life when they have to get adult jobs! Wish they had systems like this when I was a kid!

Omg! My fifth grade teacher does the same thing with fake money!!! There is also a prize box and things like buying outdoor activities or choosing who you sit next to for a day ect! It is so fun and we get a $20 allowance per week for doing our jobs and also if we are helpful and extra kind, we get payed! But another thing is that we also get payed to bring our homework in because before, not many people did! (I was one of two people who constantly did).

A good idea might be offering a “savings account” where you keep the money (in a spreadsheet) and every month that they keep the money in they get interest like a dollar or two. It would be a good way to introduce the idea of banking!

In third grade, we did something that’s called kid cash and at the end of the month there be a huge prizes and all the classrooms and it would rain care of how much money you have somewhere big squish mellows

We had to clean our classrooms in school, especially in high school when I boarded. Our incentive was not having to be in a dirty school. I really don't understand the seating and decoration in your rooms, but the jobs thing is wonderful.

We did this same thing in fifth grade. It was rewarding and fun. Gave us something to have pride in. I didn’t miss a single day of fifth grade

Japan always has their students clean school spaces. There are a lot of things in Japanese schools that are detrimental, but I find it valuable that they do clean. Students are far more interested in not making messes or damaging school property when they know they're the ones to clean it. It makes them value their space, respect it, and keep things tidy.

Love ur content! My little brothers teacher he is in elementary school. His teacher does like little coupons so if the do something good or do what they are supposed to they will earn one and it would say Something like bring a stuffed animal to school and stuff like that! Love ur idea tho!!

my school did a schoolwide thing in fourth grade and you could ask "money" for something you made. you would earn certain amounts if you were good in class or were participating. we had all the classes meet one day in our cafe and we had a little shop/ table set up to sell our things.

It would be cool if they can collect enough of the ‘money’ and trade it in for something they want (like you can make a prize box - 3 notes = 1 prize 😊

If you wanna bend your carpet corner back where it goes, put ice on it and put like books on it or something and then let it melt and then take off the pressure and it should be back to normal
