I have a problem with the headphone mic. When I connect it to the laptop, it does not work. When I go to the sound settings, it shows me that the headphones are working, but the mic tells me that it is not connected. Hello, the issue is that it's not responding at all; just freezes while using an application; keyboard, mouse, all stop working and interacting, i have to be forced to press the power button to shut down; and with this bring a blue screen error when power ON.

You can also try deleting temp %temp% files by using run command to open these folders and select all delete and also turn off visual effects in control panel and also turn off transparency mode and can also try defragmenting if you have harddisk not on ssd
