If I were to start a YouTube channel with a full-time job, the #1 thing I would invest in is a virtual assistant or someone to help with editing, thumbnail, description, tagging, etc. Burnout is real and doing both takes a lot of time and energy.

I work full time and have had my channel for a few years now.
