Tried being a scalper and opened Zero spreads account, the commission put me at a disadvantage everytime i opened a trade and if I made a lose it would be huge as it also combined with the Commission, as a results I blew my account, my last money now I'm depressed and I have stopped trading, think a break would be better

Sir am using funding account and am scared to place even 0.50 lot how to overcome fear also if i got profit am holding and losing that profit and if i place high lot and drawndown comes am more scared and exiting
