In this video, I’m showing you how to create an email list in Gmail. There are actually a couple of ways to do this. You can create labels from your Contacts in order to create a mailing list in Gmail. Or, you can create a group using Groups. I’m walking you through both methods.

Tasia - My two favorite gmail features are the snooze and the send later. I only use one email for both work and personal. When I get a work related email on the weekend that I do not want to or do not need to act upon until the next work day I snooze it. I also send out newsletters and such for my American Legion and I like them to go out at midnight. Thanks for your tutorials.

do you know how to get rid of the inbox tab. I have done all the steps you listed and none of my emails are not moving over.. the few that have moved over stilll show in my inbox even though I clicked the archive tab with he label. Any help is greatly appreicated

So if you set undo send to 30 seconds, every email you send is delayed by 30 secs? But not a major problem. Thanks for the video ❤

Tasia As always another great learning video. With templates, can you send individual emails or replies and have the contact's first name already inserted in the email. Dear @firstname and it would pull the contact's first name and replace it ?
