As a survivor of child abuse everything she says is exactly how it happens. I excelled at sports in school all the while being abused at home day after day. I developed a dissociative disorder and have c-ptsd. I’m 56 years old and still shocked sometimes how I survived. I shut the horrific abuse off and did what I had to do to get through day to day life. Anyone who knows trauma gets what she’s talking about.

I went to a psychologist a long time ago because of family pain and frequently I had suicidal thoughts. The psychologist wanted to refer me to a psychiatrist so they could give me drugs. I faked my ''recovery" because of my fear of drugs and the psychologist was totally amazed and impressed. I fooled the professionals! It was a devistating awareness. I never felt so alone in my life because I realized no one could help me. Greatfully I found group therapy and I started to heal immediately. I became a sacred art teacher as a vehicle to pass my spiritual / psychological gift on to others.

On suicide: She is right. The 'professionals' don't address the cause of the suicide, only try to stop you in the moment. I was suicidal and I went to the ER... the just stuck me alone in a room...made sure I didn't off myself for a couple hours... and thats it. Nothing to address why I'd feel that way.

I was an abuse victim, and a pageant winner/model, majorette, and a student... all at the same time. Humans are always many things. And sexual trauma victims are the best masqueraders. It's embarrassing, actually. And the family teaches you that your story would embarrass them, and you are responsible for protecting them even if you're a child.

when I did her suicidal process, I floated up above earth after I visualized my death and a few moments passed before I realized a weight lifted off of me, I finally felt free to do what I wanted. I knew in that moment what I wanted, and it was not the desire to kill myself. it was quite the opposite, I wanted to LIVE!

When I was suicidal, I got told by everyone around me that I was selfish, that I was ungrateful, that I complained too much. My mom threatened to send me to a hospital. It’s no wonder so many commit suicide when this is how we approach it. Teal’s teachings on the matter are the most helpful I’ve ever seen, and it is just absurd to call her the “suicide catalyst.”

In her defense, finding Teal Swan is one of the reasons I didn't commit suicide in 2015 after my divorce. I didn't go seek help because of fear of being stuck in a hospital and pumped up on drugs. I delved much deeper into Tarot and work on my spiritual self daily. Thank you to her for that. She is incredible and I will always share her content and spiritual knowledge and advocate for her. She saved my life in a large way and helped rail me on my spiritual path, as well as gave me the confidence as a Tarot reader, empath, etc. She helped me feel less like an Alien because I can see and feel situations before they happen. Its absolutely incredible what she teaches. Please keep doing you. You've saved many lives including mine. Not only that, but I was able to adjust to my own awakening and start my life for what I needed to be focsing on, instead of the pain that was killing me. As a fellow empath, there's no doubt in my mind that she means well, and is being truthful. What an incredible soul she is. There is no behoovment for her to randomly save people from committing suicide, most she will never know about...and yet she still does it. 💙 I am also an extrasensory, it is absolutely hell all the time, and I have no idea how to even explain it to most anyone I know..
