I would have really liked to have seen the battery removed the proper way with the 9v battery. Pretty disappointing that you went at it without reading the repair docs first.

That battery removal process is next level, pretty sure we've never seen an electrically powered adhesive for a battery before, if it works as intended it will be far better than pull tabs which can break fairly easily

Since you discovered that they actually made a pretty easy battery removal process, you should have edited out all the parts where you complained about it before you found out.

The regular 16 keeps attracting me but then i immediately remember it has a 60hz display, at that price, in 2024.
Unacceptable at this point, though the regular apple consoomer doesnt even know what refresh rate even is.
Also, why the hell are we now literally welding the batteries to the damn frame? I genuinely see no benefit, apart from making it more inconvenient.
We were already using a bunch of already strong enough glue to almost weld the battery to the frame.


I just dont understand ANY of it.
