This is a special interraction between Shadowheart and Selunite Tav in her own romance scene in act 3 if you decided to help her becoming a mother superior/dark justiciar at the end of her questline.

I wish you could switch to Shar after this. It kinda seems stupid that Selune would still give you her blessing after you aided in the death of the nightsong, propped up the new leader of the church of Shar, than banged said leader right in front of her shrine after desecrating it with her daughter’s blood.
