Romancing Shadowheart As A Selûne Paladin - New Dialogue - Baldur’s Gate 3 [Act1 & 2]

Honestly I came upon this on accident. I forgot to choose my deity in character creation and ended up being surprised when i seen the Selûne Paladin dialogue option show up Lol.

For those wondering how i got to choose a god as a paladin, it's a mod that allows me to choose a god upon character creation like a cleric would.

Theres actually a specific scene as well tied to being a worshipper of Selune where if you find the Shar Idol in the under dark you can gift it to Shadowheart. As a selune worshipper she directly confronted me on what the actual fuck I was doing and I got the dialogue choice "shut up and kiss me" to which you then make out so that shit gets preeeetty spicy.

Found that the easiest way to ensure Shadowheart doesn't kill Nightsong is simply to toss the spear into your camp chest.
You show up without the weapon, and Nightsong points out that you have no way to kill her. Shadowheart instantly turns against Shar because she realizes Shar would kill her for failing anyway. lol

You can get the paladin of a deity tag by putting one level into cleric

ironic that the thing you can say about children having to fend for themselves in the forest as part of selune's test is exactly what shadowheart was doing as a child in the flashbacks. Also nice touch giving shadowheart a choker with a moon symbol XD

Shadowheart with the white hair is best girl. I know people are fond of Karlach but I really like the Shadowheart romance. You really get to know her and she is funny when she wants to be. Props to Larian for writing such a sweet romance. Her comments everytime you interact with her once you are in a relationship are so wholesome. She really learns to care a lot about you, dare I say even love you.

Shar is pretty interesting as a deity. Evil gods are generally worshipped so they'll stay their hand, but Shar promises comfort, or at least survival, in her own darkness. This is why she's also worshipped by miners: they go into the darkness where no other gods will watch over them.

It’s weird they have lines as “Paladin of X” but we don’t have any option to choose a deity as Paladin, it would be cool to have a deity like Tyr and have a special line

"Perhaps she's keen to see me corrupt you" gets more and more teasing the more you lead her away from Shar, and that kind of teasing is exactly why I love her.

If you give her the Shar Idol as a Selunite (Grymforge) She has special dialogue there as well "Kiss me like you hate me" :D Or something like that
