Yuji was so chill and humble I almost didn’t realize how hard he flexed on them. But he did. He flexed...hard. Out the gate scaling the fish with his knife. 😳🔪🐟 💪🏾 🔥

As someone who is training to be a chef, it is interesting to see the reactions as each person tastes their dish. The level 1 people are always like "Oh yeah, that turned out pretty good." The level 2 are always like "OMG this is so delicious!" and the level three chef's reactions are usually a lot calmer, and more down the lines of "Yes.... that is made correctly."
