This guy looks talented, he should be a 3D modeller

I appreciate the fact that you broke this scene down, layer by layer. Building a workflow for large scale 3D environments is a challenge right now, but watching others show their process gives a load of inspiration. Thanks!

You just have the most perfect timing on this, I challenged myself this week to create something big now and I am currently in a art block state which slowed my progress. thank you so much for this

Martin has done a great job with this course. Thanks to him not only have I learnt a good bunch of effective techniques but also, and mostly, a solid and versatile workflow.
I highly recommend it even to advanced users who feel that their environments are lagging behind even a little bit.
Thanks Martin! Keep on doing!!

I bought this when it came out but can't wait to start it again from the beginning. Especially to learn rendering scene layers!

I’ve been very exited for this course to drop, really enjoyed the cubic worlds course, and have been working all the odd jobs I could get my hands on to get the money for this one

Personally I use ANT just for the base mesh, then use the Terrain Nodes addon by Valeri Barashkov for erosion/terrace effects. It's waaay faster and better than the built-in erosion from ANT, both when outputing a mesh and/or the maps (like displacement, flow map, sediment map and so on). But it's not super handy for creating base meshes, so ANT still has a use case

I have, and love the course so far! One question tho: how do you achieve the animation specifically the parallax effect of the mountain as the camera pushes in making it look huge in the background??

I really loved this tutorial! May I ask how do you turn your plane into a circle?? It looks so easy and I couldn't find a simple way to do it!
Thanks a lot in advance!

Thank you for posting this video. I did purchase it awhile ago.Glad to hear it has been update. Will their be a issue if I am running Blender 2.93? I haven’t have the time yet. I am taking care of a family member that has a brain injury. When I have a little time to myself, I will be starting this tutorial!

Just a quick question ? When doing large scale environments do you make things to realise scale ? For example would those trees and mountains be scaled up to match real life proportions ?

Downloaded the Trees and Bushes pack. Now How do I install them?
