I just had a moment while watching this piece, which is a perfect example for what Thay was explaining: While I was watching it, instead of enjoying the words and being in the moment, I thought about who I could send it to. In order to help him or maybe just for approval. I had to cry when I realised again that I first have to help me. Iam here, iam home. ❤

I remember when I was a kid i used to complain so much about washing dishes (came from a family with 7 kids) and i was the youngest and i used to say Id rather die then wash dishes bc I didnt see the point bc it was a never ending task. Still is but now i dont cimplain bc i like my kitchen clean especially when i cook 🤗 Also i have a dauggter now and make her help wuth the dishes and i see history repeating itself 😂

I actually turn to dish washing when I’m upset and frantic, the water calms me, my hands and nails feel nice and clean! I’d rather wash dishes than load the dishwasher, that irritates me!

I love water. I never thought of tea.
