My great great gram lived to 109. Born 1894. Passed 1!month before turning 110. She lived at home with my grandmother. We lived next door everyone still lived relatively close & off of the land. Definitely much gratitude &!honor to our ageless predecessors whom I respect and love. Prayers up to everyone for sharing your truths & experiences.

My DAD is 80 years old and he lives alone, does everything on his own, has his memory, and still doesn't play about his one and ONLY babygirl 😉!!! Praise God!!!

My neighbor told me she grew up on a farm before she came here. She’s 90 years old and still up and moving. Shes still pretty and looks 20 years younger than her age and she has all her senses and a healthy mind. It’s a beautiful thing to witness.

My Great-Gma lived to be 104!! She was still sharp as a tack ... a week before she passed away she walked (w/o a walker or help) to the piano & played us a song. ❤

My GG hit 106. The only time she ever got sick was when she was dying. I met her once when she was on her deathbed. I can still remember. I was about 7 and I’m now 44. Certain things you never forget. I remember she was smiling so much seeing tons of gg kids in the house to visit her. It was amazing. She was gone a few days after. God bless her.

I am an RN. People don't understand that people who are 100, are good. They maybe on 0 to 3 meds, walk, talk, and can remember things that people in their 60 's can't remember. My saying is 90 and fat is an oxymoron. Keep the weight off, keep moving, and keep socializing!!!!

My daughter works on a farm in Chicago and this place have cured cancer in so many people. I eat from the place everyday.

My grandfather is 94. He was raised in Haiti. Lived in America until 2020 and took him back and now his health is even better. So yes, natural air and food is the answer

My grandmother almost made it to 97. She literally lived by herself and still walked, cooked, and did it all until the week she passed. She wasn't even in and out of the hospital. Was only in there about 5 days, started retaining fluids. She said if she wasn't going to be able to be as independent as she was used to then she was ready to go. She was fully aware, didn't need an aide or anything. Lived that long even after giving birth to 11 children and all. She was a Nurse Practitioner in her working days. Went back to college at 94 for law. She was my role model.

So true, growing up in the Caribbean, I can tell you that's absolutely true. My grandmother passed at 98, and I believe she died because we had all moved out and she was by herself.

As a caregiver for the elderly my oldest client has been 105 and she was still pretty sharp. Now I have one that will be 103 soon. Mentally sharp and goes swimming everyday.
