Learned this about a year after I started getting panic attacks. I would hyperventilate at first, which made the physical symptoms much worse. After I learned how to calm myself and breathe correctly, I got better at making it go away. Got so good at it that whenever I felt one coming on, I would stop it in its tracks and became so comfortable with it that my anxiety/panic was basically cured due to me having no fear anymore. After my first panic, I was so scared of it happening that I caused myself to panic easily at any uncomfortable feeling.😂 Funny now, but I felt like I was going to die before😂
