He’s not telling the total truth. First of all if you’re a senior. Social security and retirement incomes like pensions are exempt from collections. Period. You are essentially judgement proof. He makes his living off of people getting sued so it’s not in his best interest to tell you that

Do you advise seniors who are on Social Security, Federal, VA benefits Railroad workers, that their income in banks is protected x two, from any garnishment or lawsuits by Federal law??

Of course you don’t, than you’d not be able to rip of these seniors with your exorbitant attorney fees.
