I have to say thank you. Since watching your channel I got into stone lifting. I found my physique has change a lot and everyone has noticed that. My strength is through the roof and I feel great. Thank you for the informative videos.

Interesting video!👍 I guess that if you believe that you can get big and strong by progressively overloading your neuromuscular system you also have to admit that it can be achieved with using natural stones too. They might not be as handy as barbells etc. but it definitely can be done.

Have you maxed out on the stonelift recently? And by stonelift I mean lifting the stone only to your torso. Also, have you considered a horizontal stone press? Kind of like a standing benchpress to hit your chest. The difficult thing about it is that you need an incline of just the right elevation and angle in order to maximize the mechanical efficiency of the lift. For me I'm just using a prowler sled laid on top of a rubber dotted mat (which is crucial for an upper body isolation equivalent lift in terms of weight).
