I have trouble with the suction because the new forming saliva make me swallow it again and suction goes and i need to do it again

Here is how to mew properly
1) say the letter ( RINGGG)
2)seal your lips and teeth must be touching slightly, only molars should be slightly touching
3) swallow spit 7 times
4)hold the position as long as possible

Here’s the issue, I’ve tried mewing for a little bit but, noticed that, my chin wasn’t getting tucked up. I figured that, there was nothing to worry about EVEN THO, I saw videos about “if you don’t get your chin tucked up that’s bad.” Now I kinda have this like, one inch double chin I guess? Nobody ever said oh here’s how to fix that issue! Can somebody tell me how I can fix this?

Questions, when mewing should the Teath in the very back also meet or its alright if only the front one touchs

Is it normal mewing for 1 minute and having to do it all over again ? Or am I just doing it wrong were it should be more than one minute
