I just turned 33 a couple of days ago, I was weighed the most on January 1st 2023… at 224.6lbs and started 2024 at 209lbs and made it my mission to lose weight. As of this morning I weighed in at 175.8lbs, only down side (not really) is that I had to buy all new clothes and donate all of my old clothes.

I simultaneously hate and love clicking on a Courtney Ryan video. I hate the short term discomfort of being held accountable for my laziness by her and being reminded that I should be working harder than I am to be the best man I can be. And I love that she has the courage to tell us men truths we don't always want to hear because she knows it's good for us. She doesn't pander to her followers out of fear she'll lose them. So grateful for the wisdom, Courtney! Thank you for your insights. Your channel has made me a better man.

As a 30 year old man, I approve of this message. Keeping promises you make to yourself just makes you feel like a much better person, especially if you've been struggling to love yourself.

Courtney, first off, I'd like to tell you that I subscribe to very few channels, but yours was an instant decision for me. At first, your beauty caught my attention, but the competition for men’s attention is fierce these days on social media. For me, it takes a very special person with depth, wisdom, intelligence, and a willingness to share their inner truth to keep my attention.

I’m 57 years young and do all of the things you mention. My significant other is 25 years my junior, and we have an amazing relationship, built on so many of the principles you share with men in your videos. In a world filled with content-pushing manipulation tactics and shallow, destructive behaviors in relationships, it's truly inspiring to find a unicorn like you shining amongst the darkness.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and for being a beacon of truth in these important discussions. Your content is not only enlightening but also empowers both men and women to strive for better, more meaningful relationships. Keep doing what you’re doing—you’re making a difference!

I've never been a regular drinker because I've seen second-hand how alcohol can ruin otherwise good people. It's strange how ubiquitous its acceptance is to the point that sometimes you'll be shamed for being a prude if you're not available to get drunk.

You hit it on the head with the "not breaking the promises to yourself"!! Right now I'm 25 going through probably the hardest turning point in my life. To keep it short, I'm going to lineman school so I can become a lineman (someone that works on power poles) and be a better "candidate" for a woman. The best part is, I'm extremely scared of heights. I've had a very good support group, but the biggest thing is the promises I give myself on conquering my fear of heights and the academic aspect of the school. The whole reason why I'm putting myself through this is because I want to make my future family and family right now proud. (Also love the thought of the trade haha) Its very hard to keep the promises to myself especially when I'm deathly afraid, but its the best feeling when I accomplish it. This goes for a lot of other things in my life not only this but also going out more. I can tell that my confidents has risen exponentially which in turn helps me get out of my comfort zone more and more. Super grateful for the videos you post!

Absolutely on board with dialing back and minimizing alcohol. Plus if you drink seldomly or rarely, when you do partake socially, itll be alot cheaper to get the job done.

It's been almost thirty years since I have been thirty and you're totally right. But to do the right for us and everyone else is a daily work in progress for life, you can't never give up.

Good list, but I would like to add more!

7. Stop being negative. Complaining about everything makes you come across as a childish moron, someone even dogs would avoid.

8. Not everything is about you. Resist the urge to leave your mark on every aspect of the universe. Learn to understand and embrace your role in life. If something seems far beyond your natural abilities, it's best not to interfere with it.

7:48 - I’m constantly hearing about Red Flags🚩. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a comprehensive list of every Red Flag to look out for. But, I will add one more to the list: Her Family. You are not just getting married to her, you are getting married to her Entire extended family. You need to meet them and learn everything about them ASAP. Oh, the headaches and heartache that would have prevented in my life.

Confidence: Know who you are, and don't care. If you are going to talk to a woman don''t care if you don't get anywhere. Getting turned down is a learning experince. Keep trying the more you talk to the more relexed you become. Be yourself. If you go up to a lady and you are nervous. She will detect it and you will lose right away, You can get confidence by hanging out with ladies who know you and you can feel relaxed around. Also you are never more attractive to women than when you are with a lady, Women do watch other women. One thing that works for me is: Say something stupid to get a smile or a laugh. Its a great way to break ice. If she dose not even crack a smile move on. If she dose you are off to a good start. Also when its not working, make it your idea to leave. Make her feel like its you rejecting her. Don't give her the power of rejecting you even if thats what is happening.

Keeping active is so huge. I'm only 38, but my knees are already shot from a decade of military service. My key to keeping them mobile, staying in the gym! If I take extended time off, my knees atrophy so fast, it takes me weeks to be able to jog again and have pain just walking. Much better/easier to just stay active!

I’m glad you talked about the benefits of not drinking. It’s nice to know that there are others who are around my age that don’t feel like they have to engage in that to have a good time. I can tell you from personal experience that I have definitely had plenty of moments where I felt like the odd one out.

As the late great Lucille Ball would say "Love yourself first and everything else falls into line". I believe that quote till this day and victimhood is not only lack of responsibility but can lead a dark path in life.

She is right . If you don't have a big sister, listen to Courtney. Hear what she says.

I am 24 years old, so not quite the target age range but I still wanted to hear many of these advices.

I co-sign all of these points, and have all of them in mind as I am trying to improve myself. The only point I slightly disagree with is the last "surrounding myself with the right people" point. I am sure this is the case for many, but simply picking and choosing the right, real friends isn't an option for me. As an introverted and shy person it has been incredibly hard for me to make new friends in my 20s, and trust me I have tried. I have realised that I am just not a likable person to many, and I will just rather stick with the friends I do have.

Hi Courtney. I've watched all your fragrance videos on this channel (and some from the fragrance channel) and they were great. You have videos like '8 sexy fall fragrances' and 'best spring fragrances' and what I'd love to see is something like '8 best all-year fragrances' for someone who's looking to dip their toes in and buy their first ever fragrance (bonus points if a bunch of your girlfriends blind react to them like on the fragrance channel, that was peak content).

My favourite part of your channel is practical tips on what to buy to look my best. For example, I've gotten a watch, a couple pieces of jewellery, white sneakers and some button up shirts for layering (sleeves rolled up of course). So, totally up to you, not trying to be pushy, just sharing what I've found most helpful. Thanks for all you do.
