I’ve watched about 9 of these videos and…I had no idea I was this “complex”….and at 68, perhaps overly so….for ALL of us. Because even as a Sigma….NOT everything is attributable.

Like for conflict- I don’t try to avoid it; I come prepared…with truth bombs. Some people need to hear it. And Leading. I have no problem stepping up, especially if the other choices are so poor!

Have known I'm Sigma for quite a few years now but have been looking into it a bit closer with the experiences I've dealt with recently. I definitely tick 4 of the 6 boxes in this clip but there is one part of myself which I'm not sure fits into this personality type. Frustratingly I tend to bottle things up then explode and the thing that has pissed off my family, friends and partners is how after a few minutes rant I can walk away and can literally come back five minutes later like it's never happened, calm as a cucumber. Any explanations people can give whether this trait falls under being a Sigma will be greatly appreciated.
