Good trick for things like kisses and hugs: don't just do them, *invite* to them physically. For example, if you wanna hug someone, don't just wrap your arms around them. Open your arms and let them come to you. Same thing with kissing. Don't just smoosh your lips against hers. Lean in and allow her to decide whether she wants to kiss you. In my experience women tend to react positively to that sort of thing, because you're being assertive without forcing yourself on her
