Thank you for this. I trust Bryan. Been seeing endless of AG1 ads online as if this is the ultimate product for vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, antioxidants, etc. It sounds good and all but it is expensive as hell and you can accomplish ALL of the benefits by eating a proper diet. The product is an overpriced gimmick that is totally unnecessary.

Idk if it’s this guy’s routine, genetics, or both, but he really does have a youthful appearance. You can tell he is much older than his late 20’s but he still has that boyish look of someone in their 20’s. I mean that as a compliment by the way.

Other more reputable brands such as Green Vibrance provides a breakdown of ingredients and amounts. I ordered AG1 once but never again and their proprietary blend is a big part of that. What are they hiding? The product is also overpriced so it can pay creators.
