I've been making zuchinnie fritters for years but never thought to add lemon zest. So delicious, even though I left out the cheese because I'm allergic. Still awesome, and I love your style. More enjoyable to watch than most I see on yt and tv.

I made your homemade riccotta recipe yesterday. Today I made the zucchini with garlic dip - Both were great. However i live in Qatar and I could not find the type of cheese you used for either. So for the dip I added some riccotta and for the zucchini I just added Parmesan. My husband loved them. By the way two weeks ago I made your spaghetti sauce and its the best I ever had. Thanks Joe - keep the recipes coming!!!

Would be good with fried onions, mushrooms, maybe eggplant too, little slices dredged & fried, served on a tray like tapas..oh yeah squash blossoms too almost forgot!
Maybe this would be good with green tomatoes too!
I think the simplicity is the key though isn't it?
However it is ice to have a little variety...you can make a meal outta these alone!
