Akis, Agape, I made these fritters yesterday and fell in love with the herbal flavors. At first, I thought it was too much basil, too much mint but the finished product was perfect. I wouldn't change one thing. I did use coconut flour instead of all-purpose and it was supreme. You are the master. PLEASE give us more vegetarian recipes.
