I know this was made ages ago but how many can I keep with a Bristlenose pleco in a 35 Gallon
(Edit: all but one would be Females)

Hi Sarah, Great footage but lots of items I suggest to change...given for constructive feedback to edit the video.
1. No mention of water requirements
2. I would mention that this is only Malawi Cichlids your speaking of even though your showing a Frontosa in your video.
3. No mention of tank size... These would be BAD for a small tank (anything less than 55 your asking for problems) and that is usually the number one mistake a beginner makes
4. The amount of black in Yellow Labs are not an indicator of sex. I agree this is a fantastic starter species

Not a good idea to mix mbuna with haps and peacocks
Mbunas are more aggressive and needs more veg diet
Venustus is a large aggressive hunter....not a good idea to mix it with mbunas
