I've been suffering with stress induced ibs/stomach issues for a few months now. I have cut out gluten, dairy and eggs cos they were the worst triggers, and i am currently introducing dairy back in in tiny amounts VERY slowly. Is there anything else you recommend supplement/support wise? I already take a hormone supplement (that has saved my cycle in last year) and a probiotic pill. Love your videos as always! ❤

Great vlog Maryana! That's what I always loved about your chanel for last completely of years, the what I eat in a day videos. But there is one thing that I noticed, you fry alot! You know that fried foods take alot of time for our digestive system to process them. It makes you and your body very tired and sluggish, plus the products of Maillard's reaction, which happens when you fry, are very very toxic and many times contribute to future cancer diseases. So my advice to you as a dietitian is to steam or cook in a very small amount of water. It's gonna make huge difference in a long run😊 And good luck girl always❤ love you
