Hi friends!

I hope you are all off to an amazing start so far to the new year! I am so excited to share with you the many updates and new things we have coming out this month on Soul Sync Body. The team and I have been working so hard the last few months on launching not one, but TWO new exciting programs on the platform. These are absolutely perfect to kickstart the new year with as many of our new year's resolutions typically begin with our fitness and nutrition.

I am in love with this gut reset meal plan because after learning more about how important our gut health is to our overall well-being, it has inspired me to create 21 gut-friendly recipes that support our microbiome, skin health, energy, mood, and so much more. Each one of these recipes were approved by our very own registered dietician who has helped curate these meals to be both easy in the kitchen and on our guts! This is by far one of my favorite meal plans we have launched, and I cannot wait for you all to start this new meal plan with me.

Was looking for some dinner inspiration. Yay! I got one. Also, I’m an Indian and as an Indian it’s my duty to tell you this “daal” is a Hindi word( one of the Indian language) which in English means lentils. So u basically called a dish “lentils lentils” so yeah

This is great, I also learnt a lot with great curse talking about science of combinating foods and what is good for our metabolizm and what kind of food we should mix and consume combined, it really helped me with my body and overall health

Would love another budget week video - winter edition! And ways your plan your meals around whats left in delicious ways. This time of year i keep going back to the same foods, so switching it up while also budget friendly would be fun! Love you sanne

Just in case anyone is like me and doesn’t have the patience to shred chicken with 2 forks, I shred mine in a food processor! Game changer!

Thank you sooo much for this. I just bought the E-book and can't wait to try all the recipes. I underestimated gut health for soooo long, thinking that working out regularily and cutting all the "unhealthy" processed foods was the key to be healthy, but lately I have been reading more about the importance of gut health not just for how you feel in the moment but for you health in the long run ❤

Wow, I feel so inspired! Thank you for sharing! I’ve been on such a slump of eating the same rotation of recipes due to my dietary restrictions. This helped me look at the individual ingredients in a different light! I’m so excited to try the chili! I cannot tolerate pumpkin, though I’m thinking puréed sweet potato might be a great substitute. The carrot & brown rice arugula salad?! Amazing. And why do I never think meal prep my breakfast?! I will be trying that frittata and those overnight oats!

You are glowing! It’s easy to see how much passion you have behind nutrition & the power it holds in the healing of our bodies. I have PCOS & a mast cell disease, so gut and hormones are my constant focus. Most of the time I’m so frustrated with food, because cooking was once something I enjoyed prior to all of my health issues & allergic reactions to so many fruits, vegetables & legumes. Your videos are making me excited to cook again, with the foods I can tolerate! 🤗

If you ever want to try eating beans again-they are much more digestible when cooked from dried and soaked. Idk if you tried that, but I will typically soak mine for a couple of days, changing out the water a few times. It's worth it because they are nutritious and feed your healthy gut bacteria like other foods cannot. It also may take a couple weeks to adjust! This is because the specific gut bacteria necessary to digest them has to be built up by the beans! Okay that's my rant 😁😁
