I came across this video again 9 months later. I love this video. One of my favorite childhood meals. My great aunts would make a hot one for my father and a mild one for me. I make it from memory but Nana’s way is amazing. I remember them drying out peppers in the garage on newspapers for it. Man I wish I could go back in time every-time I watch these videos. She is a national treasure.
