Thanks for sharing your lovely grandmother, and her magic with us all! My abuella has passed now. But my best memories are getting cooking lessons from her. You're a lucky young man. She should make a cookbook!!

Good to see a proper gnocchi recipe. These Anerican chefs always leave out the egg. They don't make gnocchi, they make mush.

I would LOVE to spend an entire day cooking with her…💜

Notice, how there is none of that modern world sous vide shite, no electronic gadgets and rare ingredients or crap like Umami and liquid nitrogen. No fixation with perfection and absolutely no pretentious nonsense. Just (grand) motherly love. Bless you Nonna!

Oh my gosh, home-made gnocchi!!! 😋 I remember making them with my nonna when I was a kid. My gosh I bet those were delicious! I'd love a bowl full nonna Pia! She's so sweet. ❤

What this lady does in 2 minutes the other YouTube cooks take 35 to 59 minutes to show us. 👍

This is so precious. Just like my mother-in-law did. She was a master chef who learned from her mother who learned from her mother. I appreciate that your video is only two minutes long! Thank you and thank dear Nonna Pia.

I have no doubt that Nonna buys flour in 25 lb. bags like my mamma used to do! All the gnocchi, pizza, tagliatelle, lasagne - plus biscotti, pane de spagna, taralle, etc. etc.... That circle of flour on the board is how so many delicious meals always began! Bless Nonna Pia and her wonderful energy to keep it all going for her very lucky family!
